Our devices allow the rapid and effective removal of water from treated materials in the food, pharmaceutical and biological fields thanks to the combination of microwave energy with high vacuum technology, which allows to obtain dry and stable products.
The process involves the material to be introduced into the chamber, then brought to a high vacuum level generally less than 0.1 Pa. The next step is the sublimation and evaporation of the water molecules through electromagnetic radiation. This process allows for a much lower execution speed than traditional freeze-drying methods.
