The microwave dryer for fruit and vegetables is made with a double heating system to be able to access various drying methods: in fact, the microwave system is designed to quickly heat the core of the food, while the hot air heats and dries the outside.
Adjustable in terms of microwave power, hot air can also be set according to the temperature and speed needed for the specific situation.
